Lead, coach, and manage the team of Material Controllers, ensuring effective workload allocation and performance.
Oversee
Goods In, Stores, and Dispatch
operations for timely and accurate material processing.
Coordinate domestic and international shipments with couriers and third-party shipping agents.
Maintain compliance with aerospace standards, quality procedures, and export/import regulations.
Monitor KPIs including material receipts, dispatch transactions, kit shortages, and cycle counting.
Support inventory accuracy, stock checks, shelf-life monitoring, and excess & obsolete (E&O) reduction initiatives.
Identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement solutions.
What Were Looking For:
Proven experience as a
Manufacturing Stores Manager
or in a similar role within aerospace, defence, or regulated manufacturing.
Strong leadership and people management skills with a hands-on operational mindset.
Experience with MRP/ERP systems.
Knowledge of export control, customs, and courier/freight operations.
Focus on operational excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement.
