Salary: circa £60,000

We have a very exciting opportunity to join a European tier 1 automotive supplier in a new role as they establish their UK operation which will lead the Production and Maintenance teams in a Lean Manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities:

Define and implement the Production and Maintenance team model Establish a robust Lean manufacturing process, lead and manage Production and Maintenance teams and manage KPI reporting Ensure compliance with EHS and Quality requirements Employ a continuous improvement approach to optimise productivity, using systems in place Skills and Experience:

Demonstrated experience in a managerial role within production and maintenance in an automated technical manufacturing environment (engineering, mechanics, industrial, automotive) Engineering related degree or equivalent experience Expertise in Lean Manufacturing tools Systems capability across ERP, CMMS solutions Excellent communication skills and MS Office fluencyProcessing Your Data
