We're working with an established manufacturing business based in Aberystwyth, operating within a technology-led, high-value engineering sector. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint a Manufacturing Lead to take full responsibility for their Manufacturing function. This is a senior leadership role with accountability for both the strategic direction and day-to-day performance of manufacturing, working closely with cross-functional teams to support current operations and future growth.

The Role You will be responsible for developing manufacturing people, processes and strategy to deliver high-quality, technically complex products.
