An expanding engineering business is seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join its growing team. This is a key role within the organisation, ideal for an individual with proven hands-on experience in manufacturing engineering and a strong understanding of Crushing and Screening equipment. Key Responsibilities: Develop, improve, and optimise manufacturing processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Lead quality control initiatives and ensure compliance with industry standards. Troubleshoot production issues, equipment malfunctions, and process bottlenecks. Manage and maintain manufacturing equipment and develop maintenance strategies. Analyse production costs and implement waste reduction measures. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers to support new product introduction. Prepare and maintain process documentation and production reports. Provide training to production staff and mentor junior engineers. Essential Skills & Experience: Previous experience as a Manufacturing Engineer (essential). Knowledge and experience with Crushing and Screening equipment (advantageous). Proficiency in manufacturing processes, engineering principles, and SolidWorks or similar software. Strong problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
