Owing to the award of new developments they have a requirement for a Quantity Surveyor to join their Commercial Team. Managing Quantity Surveyor role The principle purpose of the role is to manage a team of surveyors and provide effective commercial management and control of projects. The role will be varied and deadline driven, so excellent management prioritisation and organisational skills are essential. It is essential that you are a confident communicator, proficient with Microsoft packages, with ideally experience in a similar role/environment. This is mainly a site based role.
