Working for a reputable business who currently deliver a 60/40 split across open market and contracting work streams. They invest into their staff, providing training, further qualifications and progression. Whilst providing a desirable work location, parking, a welcoming and close knit team working environment.

Summary of role:

Overseeing a team of 5 surveying staff
Undertake reports, oversee and collate CVRs etc.
Staff Training, development and undertake PDRs/reviews
Report to the director. You will not oversee or manage projects/sites

Whats needed:

A contracting background with housing experience is preferred but developer backgrounds will also be considered!
Strong commercial awareness
Experience in a similar management role
Ability to lead, coach and motivate a team
QS Background
Detailed and organised
Excellent IT and reporting skills
This is a progressive role for candidates looking for that next step to commercial manager.

Salary as always is DOE and will range from £75k - £85k plus full package and decent benefits
