Permanent Full Time 40 hours per weekWe have a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivatedManaging Quantity Surveyorto join ourNorth Eastteam inHoughton Le Spring.Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will?be responsible for?the day-to-day administration of the Quantity Surveying department, ensuring that the companys contractual and?financial interests?are best served. You will?be required?to prepare financial reports and have knowledge and understanding of claims and dispute resolution.You will oversee the project reporting process,ensuring?timely?and?accurate?composition of trading results, and contributing to the presentation of Management accounts and forecasts by the region.Wed?like our Managing Quantity Surveyor to havepreviousexperiencein a similar roleandhave a proventrack recordand experience in contracting.
