Lead Quantity Surveyor\n\nFreelance: to £550 per day Ltd\n\nBased: London (W1)\n\nAn experienced Lead Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Manager with a strong background in pre-construction and procurement is required for a major renewable project, involving major civils.\n\nThe role will be focused around the procurement and delivery of a HV Plant room, valued in the region of £80m. The works involve high voltage.\n\nAbout You:\n\n * Experience in HV Plant buildings / facilities would be beneficial\n\n * Extensive NEC contractual experience\n\n * Strong procurement and pre-construction experience\n\n * Degree Qualified or Chartered\n\n * Structured career history
