This will be as close to running your own business as you get, without taken on the financial risk. But its not for the faint hearted, this is going to be long hours and big project for the right person who can take it on Your Role: As Managing Partner , you will be the driving force behind the restaurant's success. You'll collaborate closely with the culinary team, lead a high-performing front-of-house operation, and act as the face of the brand both in the venue.
