Managing Director . This is a pivotal leadership role for an experienced professional with a strong track record in residential lettings and sales.
The Opportunity Lead a respected local brand with a reputation for client-centric service and integrity. Drive strategic growth while maintaining hands-on involvement in valuations, viewings, and client relationships. Oversee operational, financial, and compliance aspects of the business. Inspire and develop a high-performing team culture.
About You Proven senior management experience within residential lettings. Strong knowledge of lettings legislation and compliance. Commercially astute with excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to balance strategic vision with operational delivery.
