Role Description
At Curve Analytics, we are a next-gen insights and analytics consultancy that leverages digital consumer data to help businesses unlock consumer opportunities. We work with data from a range of sources from Social, Reviews and Search to Web, eCommerce and CRM to deliver meaningful insights and leading analytics solutions for the worlds biggest brands.

Consumer and Category Insights: unearthing fresh consumer and category insights such as needs, perceptions, trends and audience segments
Product Innovation: uncovering consumer expectations and desires for product and product experience
Brand Health and Strategy: unleashing the power of digital data to optimise the brand portfolio and monitor, benchmark and improve brand health
Marketing and Consumer Experience: delivering data-driven solutions to inform marketing strategy and campaign activation
Digital Performance Tracking: showcasing the metrics that matter through reports and dashboards to enable fast and accurate decision making
Data and AI: pushing the boundaries with digital data, technology and AI solutions to give our clients a competitive advantage
As a start-up, we can move faster than most companies and do things differently. We have experienced rapid growth so far and were looking for a Managing Consultant to join our growing team.
About The Role
As a Managing Consultant, youll be at the centre of our consultancy projects designing and delivering insights projects and analytics programmes, leading teams and developing new business and client relationships. Youll be working with big, global brands and using industry leading methods to deliver truly impactful projects, directly recommending and influencing these brands strategies across product, brand and portfolio.

What Youll Be Doing
Lead and oversee the delivery of insights and analytics consulting projects and programmes
Own and develop client relationships
Contribute to the growth of Curve by developing new business
Manage and grow key accounts
Contribute to the operational management of the company
Offer oversight and direction on internal initiatives
Build high performing teams through coaching and leadership
Raise Curves brand externally through networking and thought leadership
What Were Looking For
5-8 years experience working in consulting, which may include time in inhouse consulting roles aligned to our key capabilities
Capability depth and breadth with experience in digital data, analytics and insights
A strong track record in selling consultancy services networking, growing accounts and developing new business
Demonstrable skills in senior stakeholder management, communication and teamwork
Proven leadership and people management skills
Commercial acumen, strategic thinking and critical thinking
A blend of analytical and creative thinking; able to interpret data, source insights, and tell a story with it
A desire to have personal visibility in the company and commitment to delivering results
Interview Process

30-minute interview with one of our Partners
1.5-hour interview with Partner(s) to present case study presentation
30-minute final interview with one of our Managing Partners
