Your expertise in product knowledge, programming, customer care, diplomacy, financial management, and health and safety will be crucial in creating a safe and enjoyable environment for campers and staff. Maintaining open communication with the operations team, contact centre, and parents is vital for a seamless experience. You will also handle staff rotas, manage daily staff ratios, and ensure efficient camp operations within budgetary requirements.Deputy Camp ManagerAs the Deputy Manager, you play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of the camp. Providing essential support to the Camp Manager, you ensure staff members are fully equipped to deliver exceptional and fun experiences for the children.
