Management Accountant Chesterfield £45K - £50K Are you a newly qualified management accountant looking for your next challenge? We're working with a fast-growing, entrepreneurial group entering its next phase of expansion. What you'll do: Deliver month-end and year-end reporting, including management accounts, KPIs, and balance sheet reconciliations.

Support cashflow forecasting, treasury, and working capital management.

Ensure strong internal controls and HMRC compliance, including VAT

Partner with operational teams, providing insights and analysis to support business decisions.

Drive continuous improvement across finance systems, processes, and reporting.

Who we're looking for: Newly qualified (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) with strong management accounting experience.

Hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable owning key finance processes.

A proactive communicator who enjoys working across teams and supporting business growth.

Eager to develop new skills and take on responsibility in a growing business.
