Budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis with clear, insightful commentary
Business partnering with non-finance stakeholders to support decision-making
Support month-end close processes and ensure deadlines are met
Produce financial reports and performance dashboards for senior management
Assist with process improvements and system enhancements
Support audit and year-end processes as required
About You Part-qualified or qualified (ACCA / CIMA / ACA) or equivalent experience
Proven experience in a Management Accountant or Finance Business Partner role
Strong Excel skills and confidence working with financial systems
Commercially aware with the ability to explain numbers clearly to non-finance teams
Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-moving environment
