Management Accountant – Tewkesbury

Salary: £49,000
Location: Tewkesbury
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Work Pattern: Office-based

We are seeking a detail-driven and proactive Management Accountant to join a busy finance team in Tewkesbury. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified finance professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and delivering accurate financial information to support business decision-making.

You will work closely with managers across the business, providing insight, analysis, and reporting to drive performance and support strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare monthly management accounts, including accruals, journals, and reconciliations
  • Analyse financial performance, investigate variances, and provide clear insights
  • Support stock valuations, depot accounts, and production analysis
  • Maintain and develop sales data analysis using Excel and internal systems
  • Assist with audits, year-end processes, and financial reporting requirements
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to support business performance
What We're Looking For
  • CIMA, ACCA, or ACA qualified
  • Previous experience in a Management Accountant role, ideally within manufacturing
  • Strong Excel skills and confidence working with financial data
  • Knowledge of Sage 200 and Access (desirable)
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
  • High attention to detail with a proactive and analytical approach
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
