Prepare and deliver monthly management accounts with detailed commentary. Provide financial analysis to support key business decisions and strategic planning. Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with organisational goals. Monitor and analyse variances, identifying areas for improvement. Support the preparation of year-end accounts and liaise with auditors. Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations. Collaborate with various departments to provide financial insights and guidance. Continuously improve financial processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.Profile
A successful Management Accountant should have:
Proven experience in management accounting. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in financial systems and advanced Excel skills.
