Management Account & Data Improvement Manager

Our client is looking for a high-impact interim Management Accountant to support a data-led finance improvement programme focused on income. This is a hands-on, delivery-focused assignment combining core management accounting with a significant piece of change and process enhancement work.

You will work closely with the data team to strengthen income data models, automate reporting, and improve the quality, reliability and usability of financial insights - all while maintaining business-as-usual income accounting.

This will suit a contractor who thrives in complex environments, enjoys bridging Finance and Data, and can deliver at pace.

Experience required:

Strong management accounting background (qualified or equivalent)

Advanced SQL

Power Query, Power BI and advanced Excel

Proven experience in process improvement, automation and data modelling

Demonstrable track record of delivering practical, high-quality change
