About the Role As a Support Worker at CareTech, you ll support adults with learning disabilities, mental health needs, and challenging behaviour to live as independently as possible. You ll deliver high-quality, person-centred support that promotes dignity, choice, and wellbeing. Your role will include: Supporting daily living, personal care, and meal preparation Providing one-to-one, tailored support Encouraging independence, life skills, and social inclusion Supporting emotional wellbeing and positive outcomes Working as part of a professional, dedicated team This role can be challenging at times but it is deeply rewarding.
