Role & Responsibilities: Maintenance Deputy Shift Manager

* To support the shift manager in leading the shift team

* To lead and support a maintenance team (electrical/mechanical)

* To support, as required, scheduled repairs according to the manufacturer's recommendations

* Diagnosis of Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic / PLC / PC faults

* Where required, support prioritise system faults

* To accurately record all work undertaken

* Continuous improvement and enhancement opportunities

* Adherence to the Quality processes and procedures

* Demonstrate strong communication skills

* Qualifications: Maintenance Deputy Shift Manager

* ONC OR HNC in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering, or BTEC Engineering, or Engineering Apprenticeship or Bsc or Msc

* Experience in previously managing a team is desirable

* A working understanding of Mechanical, Electrical, & Electronic technical manuals & drawings

* Basic knowledge of PLC equipment
