Job Description

Maintenance Technician (Hard FM) £28,000 - £36,000 (OTE 38k) + Monday to Friday + Vehicle + Tools + Fuel Card + Up to 2x Overtime + Progression + Training + Company Benefits + Company Bonuses + Days Based Bolton, Greater Manchester

Are you Maintenance Technician or similar experience repairing surfaces in a commercial or domestic setting, looking for a new role with a growing company that offers a great package and a proven pathway of progression to senior roles?

On offer is the opportunity to join a growing company who offer a brilliant package and the chance to increase your earnings through regular pay reviews and generous overtime. They are currently expanding into new markets, experiencing lots of growth within hotels and hospitality which has led them into a position where growth is necessary.

In this role you will be responsible for repairing and refinishing a range of materials, bringing them back to life. Similar experience will be necessary but training on equipment and materials will be provided to bring you up to speed. This is a mobile role covering a northwest patch where tools, a van and a fuel card will be provided. You will be paid door-to-door and all paperwork will be completed via an app and you shall visit the office once per week.

This role would suit a Building Maintenance Technician or similar who has experience repairing hard surfaces like; worktops, tiles, stone, bathrooms, doors, windows, brickwork and more, looking for a new door to door role with plenty of progression opportunities.
