Your Mission: As a vital member of the team, you will be responsible for running, introducing, and maintaining equipment while driving continuous improvement initiatives. Your expertise will help elevate operations to world-class standards!

What You'll Do:

Safety First: Follow all Health and Safety procedures and legislation. Maintenance Delivery: Execute planned and predictive maintenance across all production lines and process areas at the Worksop factory. Facilitate Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Lean Manufacturing tools such as TPM, RCM, FMECA, 5S, and Kaizen. Enhance Performance: Identify and implement improvement ideas focusing on OEE, H&S, and Quality measurements. Operational Excellence: Be an integral team member for the operational performance of new production lines.
