4Site are seeking a dedicated and experienced Aftercare/Maintenance Supervisor to join our client, a high-end residential main contractor with a close-knit maintenance team and help maintain the exceptional standards our clients expect.
Role Overview
In this role, you’ll work alongside the Maintenance Manager to oversee the daily operations of property maintenance across prestigious homes in Central London. Your focus will be on ensuring all maintenance tasks are completed promptly and to the highest standard, always respecting the unique character of these luxury residences.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for client maintenance enquiries alongside the Maintenance Manager
Lead and supervise the daily maintenance activities, ensuring efficient and quality delivery
Prioritise and respond swiftly to urgent maintenance issues
Manage the supply chain and coordinate with in-house maintenance engineers
Carry out or oversee routine property inspections to spot and resolve issues early
Analyse service reports from planned visits and arrange for any necessary follow-up work
Support the Maintenance Manager with contract renewals and assist in drafting new maintenance agreements
Develop and maintain preventive maintenance schedules to reduce downtime
Keep detailed and accurate records of all maintenance work, materials, and costs using Joblogic or similar software
Maintain clear communication with clients, property managers, and other key stakeholders to uphold service excellence
Ensure all maintenance work complies with health and safety legislation and company policies
Candidate Profile
Previous experience in maintenance roles, ideally within luxury residential environments
Basic familiarity with mechanical and electrical (M&E) systems is highly advantageous
Ability to manage workload efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
Strong organisational skills and leadership capability
Excellent communication skills with a professional and approachable manner
Proactive problem-solver who takes initiative
Solid understanding of health and safety best practices
Valid UK driving licence; role includes use of a company vehicle
Willingness to be on-call every two weeks, including weekends, with appropriate compensation
Committed to maintaining a professional appearance and representing the company positively
