An exciting role based in Shepherds Bush looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to work on a prestigious contract working for a leading FM company.
You will work for a respected maintenance provider, supervising a team of five engineers while also carrying out hands-on maintenance. The role includes mechanical and electrical planned and reactive maintenance, remedial work, and emergency response on site.
You'll also keep the client and account manager updated on progress, so clear communication and a professional approach are important.
For this role the client will look at either electrically or mechanically qualified supervisors (City & Guilds or NVQ) and have a solid, multi-skilled background in building services maintenance.
Duties: PPMs & Reactive maintenance Single and Three Phase Power, Motors, Generators (on/off load tests), UPS, LV/HV switching, Shutdowns, Switchgear, Motors, Emergency Lighting, Fire Alarm Test, AHUs, FCUs, VAVs, CRAC units, Sprinkler Systems, Pumps, Belts, Bearings, Seals, BMS Operation Carry out isolation of plant and systems in accordance with safety requirements.
