A well-established FM service provider is recruiting for a Maintenance Plumber to join their onsite facilities team at a large, high-profile manufacturing site in East Kilbride. This Plumber role focuses purely on building services maintenance and does not involve production or manufacturing equipment.
This is a great opportunity for a Plumber seeking a stable, long-term role within a professional facilities environment.
The Role – Maintenance Plumber:
* Day-to-day planned and reactive building services maintenance
* Working on domestic water, waste water, HVAC and associated systems
* Carrying out PPMs in line with site schedules and SLAs
* Responding to plumbing-related breakdowns and emergencies
* Ensuring all works are completed safely and documented via CAFM systems
Requirements – Maintenance Plumber:
* Recognised plumbing or mechanical apprenticeship
* Mechanical / Plumbing City & Guilds qualifications (or equivalent)
* Experience within building services or FM environments
* Knowledge of water systems and PPM delivery
* Strong understanding of health & safety procedures
