We are currently recruiting for a Van Mobile Maintenance Plumber to cover multiple commercial sites across the Westminster area. This is an excellent temporary-to-permanent opportunity with a well-established facilities management provider.\n\nThe Role\n\nYou will be responsible for carrying out a mix of planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive plumbing maintenance within commercial buildings.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n * Carrying out PPM and reactive plumbing works\n\n * Fault finding and repairs on commercial plumbing systems\n\n * General building services maintenance related to plumbing\n\n * Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with compliance standards\n\n * Liaising with site contacts and completing relevant paperwork/logs\n\nRequirements\n\n * NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent in Plumbing\n\n * Previous experience working in commercial buildings\n\n * Experience with both PPM and reactive maintenance\n\n * Full UK driving licence\n\n * Good communication skills and a professional approach\n\nWhat’s on Offer\n\n * £40,000 annual salary\n\n * Company van and fuel card\n\n * Monday to Friday working hours (no evenings)\n\n * Opportunity to go permanent after the temporary period\n\n * Stable workload covering well-maintained commercial sites\n\nIf you’re a reliable maintenance plumber looking for a long-term opportunity with great benefits, we’d love to hear from you
