The Maintenance Manager Purpose As the Maintenance Manager you will be working within a manufacturing facility, maintaining production levels. You will have full responsibility & full autonomy for the management of a team of Engineers and Subcontractors based across site. The Maintenance Manager Role & Responsibilities Oversee and manage Planned & preventative maintenance. Day to day machine breakdown resolutions. Maintaining plant maintenance records. Manage a team of engineers and subcontractors. Staff Recruitment. Full autonomy to run the engineering department. Annual budget preparation including analysis of past and present performance data. Production management. Weekly KPI reports. Knowledge of metal pressings and mechanical/hydraulic presses would be advantageous.
