The Role Taking ownership of maintaining the property. Supports the maintenance operations of a hotel, ensuring that all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and safety systems are functioning efficiently. The Maintenance Manager will also ensure the hotel is compliant in all aspects for Health & Safety, all the servicing is in date and compliant throughout the hotel. Youll be responsible for day-to-day maintenance, small refurbishments, inspections, and repairs Key Responsibilities You'll be responsible for all maintenance tasks within the hotel, including repairs, upgrades, and preventive maintenance. Ensuring that all areas of the property, from guest rooms to common areas, meet the hotel's standards of cleanliness, functionality, and aesthetics. You'll be trusted to ensure that all systems and equipment in the hotel, such as HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, and kitchen equipment, are properly maintained and in good working order. you'll also be responsible for ensuring compliance with safety regulations and protocols to protect guests, staff, and the property itself. You will conduct regular inspections of the hotel to identify any maintenance issues or potential problems.
