Role Overview for the Maintenance Manager:

You will have full responsibility for managing maintenance operations, overseeing a team of 23 staff plus contractors. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical knowledge, team leadership, and project engineering experience, ensuring that the department operates safely, efficiently, and in compliance with all regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities for the Maintenance Manager:

* Lead and manage the Mechanical Engineering departments and associated contractors.

* Oversee routine and reactive maintenance within an industrial manufacturing setting.

* Manage minor mechanical engineering projects, including planning, design, and execution.

* Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards and regulations.

* Operate and optimise Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
