Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer required in Cheltenham, Salary: £46,000 per annum, Hours: Weekly rotating 3-shift pattern covering 05:00am – 01:00am (8-hour shifts, 9 hours on site including 2 x 15-minute paid breaks and 1 x 30-minute unpaid break), full-time permanent contract, immediate start available following a successful interview process. We are looking for an experienced engineer to join a well-established manufacturing site in Cheltenham. This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced production environment, supporting site operations through breakdown response, planned maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives.The Role As a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing a wide range of production and site equipment to ensure minimal downtime and consistent output. You will work closely with production teams, applying fault-finding skills across electrical, mechanical and pneumatic systems.
