Skills required for an Maintenance Engineer: The Maintenance Engineer will ideally be a Multi-Skilled Engineer with both Electrical and Mechanical skills.
My client will however look at just Electrical Bias or Mechanical Bias candidates who a prepared to cross skill.
Hold Electrical or Mechanical qualifications.
Have experience of completing breakdown and maintenance duties.
Ideally, worked within a Manufacturing environment previously but this is not a necessity.
Good attitude, excellent communication skills and the ability to self-motivate.
Any leadership experience would be advantageous.
Be prepared to work a 4on 4off Days and Nights shift pattern.
