Maintenance Engineer Hours: 3 shift | Days, Noons & Nights | Rotating Weekly (40-hour week) Salary: £46,550pa inclusive of shift premium Location: Ripley Are you an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Engineer looking to join a forward-thinking business that values safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement? Were looking for a Maintenance Engineer to join our clients established engineering team in Ripley. Working within a small, supportive shift team, youll be responsible for ensuring the reliability and performance of machinery and equipment across a busy site. Youll take ownership of both reactive and planned preventative maintenance tasks, while helping to drive proactive engineering and continuous improvement.
