The Role:

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Join their integrated Engineering team where you'll take ownership of critical production machinery and drive performance excellence through:

Maintenance & Operations:

* Plan and execute comprehensive preventive and reactive maintenance across all production equipment

* Optimise machine performance, safety, and availability

* Set up and operate production equipment to specification

* Maintain high-quality tooling and spare parts inventory for seamless operations

Performance & Improvement:

* Participate actively in Lean Manufacturing initiatives and continuous improvement projects

* Analyse performance data to identify and justify process enhancements

* Collaborate with manufacturing teams through effective communication and shift handovers

* Lead investigations as part of NCR and CAPA teams, implementing robust corrective actions
