Job Description

Shift Engineer\n\n Coventry | 12-hour shifts (4on 4off 2days 2nights)\n\nYou fix things before they break. You know your way around an automated line and you’ve got enough electrical or mechanical know-how to keep production running when others panic.\n\nThis isn’t a desk job - you’ll be out on the floor, getting hands-on with machines, tools, and a solid team who know their stuff. When something stops working, you’ll get it going again.

Safely. Properly. Without drama.\n\nYou’ll need:\n\nAn engineering qualification or time-served apprenticeship\nA couple of years in a fast-moving production environment\nA calm head and a practical brain\nA bit of computer literacy (Word, Excel, nothing wild)\nFMCG Industry experience is a big plus.

PLC, pneumatics, or hydraulics experience?
