Static Maintenance Engineer Reporting to: Contract Manager Join a high-performing engineering team where standards matter. Were looking for a skilled and proactive Static Maintenance Engineer to support the day-to-day delivery of both planned and reactive maintenance across a key client site. This is a hands-on role where youll play a critical part in ensuring mechanical and electrical systems are maintained safely, efficiently, and in full compliance while delivering an excellent service to the client and end users. The Role You will be responsible for: Planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance
Fault finding across mechanical and electrical systems
Maintaining HVAC plant to ensure comfortable environmental conditions
Responding to BMS alarms and carrying out first-line diagnostics
Reviewing subcontractor performance during specialist works
Ensuring plant start-up, shutdown, and changeover procedures are followed
Maintaining accurate records via simPRO and client logbooks
Supporting statutory compliance and highlighting any maintenance risks
