The role As a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer, youll be part of a tight-knit engineering team keeping a busy food factory running smoothly.

Youll split your time between: Reactive breakdown workacross production, packaging and utilities Planned and preventative maintenanceto reduce downtime Supportingmachinery upgrades, line improvements and new equipment installs Ensuringhygiene, quality and safety standardsare met at all times Drivingcontinuous improvementacross the plant Its a role for someone who likes getting stuck in, solving problems fast and seeing the impact of their work on output.

What you need Apprentice trained (Electrical or Mechanical) NVQ3 / ONC / HNC in a relevant engineering discipline Food, FMCG, automotive xbpsjku or pharmaceutical manufacturing experience Strong understanding of CI tools, TPM and modern maintenance practices Confident working with safe systems of work: LOTO, PUWER, permits Good GMP awareness and a positive, hands-on approach What you get Clear development pathway within engineering Benefits & recognition hub with strong retail discounts A stable, supportive environment with long-term prospects
