Engineering Technician Permanent | 37.5 Hours per Week

Salary: Up to £39,000 per annum (Dependent on experience, training, and qualifications) An excellent opportunity for an Engineering Technician to join a healthcare setting, supporting day-to-day engineering operations and ensuring site safety and compliance. Key Requirements Minimum Level 3 qualification (Electrical or Mechanical) CSCS or ECS card Electrical, mechanical (plumbing & heating), or multi-skilled maintenance background Experience in a commercial, FM, or healthcare environment advantageous Role & Responsibilities Monday to Friday, 7.5 hours per day, with some flexibility required to meet operational demands Occasional weekend work for out-of-hours repairs or project support (overtime or time in lieu) Participation in an on-call rota (typically 1 in 4 weeks) £135 per week on-call allowance, plus call-out payments

Carrying out planned preventative maintenance xehkeey (PPM) and reactive repairs Supporting compliance activities and working alongside external contractors Standard working hours typically 8am4pm or 9am5pm Full training will be provided in areas such as medical gases, legionella awareness, and contractor supervision , enabling continuous skills development.
