Due to continued growth, a global manufacturing company is looking for a Maintenance Engineer to join their business, contributing to the maintenance and improvement of their production equipment. With significant investment into new machinery and production lines planned, you will play a crucial role in achieving world-class standards, maximising plant availability, and driving continuous improvements in reliability, productivity, quality, and cost reduction. This Maintenance Engineer position is paying in the region of £58,000 - £63,500 and will cover a 3 Shift pattern (Mornings, afternoons and nights). This shift pattern may change in the future. As a Maintenance Engineer, your duties will include: Providing effective and efficient reactive electrical & mechanical maintenance support, documenting findings, and ensuring timely resolution. Developing and adhering to Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and Predictive Maintenance routines, using KPIs to track progress and share results. Fault identification and preventive measures to reduce machine downtime. Overseeing refurbishments, installations, improvements, and modifications to minimise downtime and optimise equipment performance.
