Job Title: Maintenance Engineer Salary: £52,300 Location: Market Deeping Shift: Sunday to Thursday, 10pm 6am Looking for a night shift maintenance role where your skills are genuinely valued and your work keeps production moving? Our client, a well-established manufacturer with a brand new site in Market Deeping, is looking for a multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer to join their night shift team.

What Youll Be Doing: Maintenance Engineer Carrying out proactive and reactive maintenance across production equipment Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults quickly to minimise downtime Working closely with the production team to keep lines running efficiently Completing repairs and improvements to prevent recurring equipment failures Supporting small electrical installations and maintenance upgrades Ensuring critical spares, tools, and materials are always available when needed What Were Looking For: Maintenance Engineer A multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer with strong electrical and mechanical skills Confident fault-finding on single and three-phase systems, motors, sensors, and control systems Experience working with AC and servo motors, drives, and production machinery Mechanical experience with gearboxes, rollers, pneumatics, and hydraulics Ability to strip, repair, and rebuild machinery confidently NVQ Level 3 qualified or time-served Maintenance Engineer Organised, proactive, and comfortable working independently on nights Whats on Offer: Salary: £52,300 23 days holiday (rising with service) bank holidays Private xbpsjku healthcare (after probation) Pension scheme Career development and external training opportunities Perkbox membership discounts on gym gear, food, cinema tickets and more WE CARE membership 24/7 GP access, mental health support and fitness plans Location: Market Deeping Job: Maintenance Engineer Shifts: Sunday to Thursday, 10pm 6am If youre a Maintenance Engineer who enjoys solving problems, keeping machinery running, and being trusted to make decisions on shift, this could be the role for you.
