Salary - £40,000 + NO CALL OUT

We have a brand new role across a new contract win for one of the largest FM companies in the UK based out of an R&D facility based in Fareham, Hampshire as a Maintenance Electrician with building services experience.

In this role you will part of a team of 5 looking after one building and will be carrying out various pieces of building maintenance as well as assisting other engineers onsite who will be completing M&E hard services works.

You will be required to complete a valid BPSS to be able to work across this building.

Requirements/Experience for a Maintenance Electrician:

* 17th/18th Edition Wiring Regulations

* C&G/NVQ Level 3 or equivalent Electrical Installation

* Previous facilities management or building services experience (Ideal)
