6-2 / 2-10 (Early finishes on Friday) Our client, a large manufacturing business has an immediate requirement for a well versed Maintenance Electrician to join their team.
Key Responsibilities: Part of a multi-skilled team across three sites, you will be involved in all aspects of electrical work in a high quality, fast paced manufacturing site working on existing plant and the development of new plant and machinery. Installation and wiring Facilities maintenance Plant and machinery Panels and control systems Breakdowns and repairs Work/Relevant Experience Minimum 2 years in similar role Experience working with machine and plant maintenance and breakdowns Experience working in a manufacturing environment Computer literate Holds a good understanding of general engineering principles Installation and Wiring Experience Panels & control Systems Experience Familiar with PLC controls and programming Knowledge of PID temperature controls Formal Qualifications A City and Guilds or similar qualification in Electrical Maintenance (Apprenticeship) City & Guilds 18th Edition GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English This is a permanent position where you will be expected to work a rotating shift pattern: Week 1 (6am -2pm Monday to Thursday & 6am - 11:30am on a Friday) Week 2 (2pm - 10pm Monday to Thursday and 11:30am - 5pm on a Friday) In return you can expect a salary of £42814 plus a fantastic benefits package.
