Duties will include: General maintenance tasks both inside and outside of the hotel such as painting, general carpentry, tiling, basic plumbing. Using your own initiative with the ability to work alone whilst being considerate of the guests and other hotel staff. Communicating effectively as required with both staff and guests. Deal with contractors and visitors accordingly. Ensuring the hotel is well maintained and compliant by completing various tasks as required. The successful candidate will have excellent DIY skills or be a trades person that can tackle various forms of maintenance work. Previous skills in plumbing or electrics would be advantageous and the general ability to fix simple issues within a hotel environment. We are an equal opportunities employer.
