Join Our Team as a Maintenance Assistant!

Location: Sandy Bay Holiday Park | Salary: £25,701 | Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Note: A full UK driving licence is required.

Are you ready to make a difference? As our new Maintenance Assistant , you’ll play a vital role in keeping our holiday park in top shape, ensuring our guests enjoy beautiful surroundings and fantastic facilities. Your hands-on work will help create unforgettable memories for everyone who visits!

\n\nWhat You Will Be Doing...\n

\n Performing a variety of general maintenance tasks, including mowing, painting, fencing, and minor repairs.

\n

Keeping our outdoor areas tidy and safe through tree pruning, litter picking, jet washing, and pothole repairs.

\n

Utilizing our job management system to efficiently schedule and complete tasks to a high standard.

\n

Maintaining flower beds and planted areas, ensuring they are well-presented and vibrant.

\n

Safely changing gas bottles and keeping bin bays clean and tidy.

\n

Responding to guest inquiries with a friendly attitude and collaborating with the team to resolve issues promptly.

\n

Assisting with pitch tidies and the moving and siting of holiday homes.

\n

Working independently while maintaining integrity and seeking support when needed.

\n

\n\nAbout You...\n

\n You have hands-on experience in groundskeeping and general maintenance, including garden care and practical repairs.

\n

You’re physically capable of lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

\n

You’re comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.

\n

You possess good manual dexterity and can use or learn to use various hand and power tools.

\n

You’re flexible and willing to work weekends, evenings, and bank holidays as needed.

\n

A full UK driving licence is essential.
