Machine Operator - NIGHT Shift

Are you someone with a can‑do attitude who is keen to learn, develop and ask plenty of questions? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing manufacturing business with an exciting year ahead and real progression on offer.

Responsibilities

As a Machine Operator, you will be part of a supportive team responsible for running extrusion and printing machinery and operating polythene bag making machines to produce bags and sacks.

Qualifications

  • Hands‑on, eager to build new skills and take on responsibility.
  • Reliable, motivated, can‑do attitude.
  • Willingness to learn across different areas; training is provided.

Working Hours & Pay

The role is NIGHT shift only, working 7pm to 7am Monday to Thursday, giving you a 3‑day weekend every week! This is a 48‑hour week with overtime available. Starting rate is £14.71 per hour or £36,716 per year, with salary increases available as you learn additional processes and machines.
