Job Title: Machine Operator Location: Banbury Pay Rate: £13.59 per hour (increasing to £14.76 upon successful completion of training) Contract Type: Temporary (Full-Time) Working Hours: Monday to Friday (Rotating Shifts) Week 1: 6:00am

2:00pm Week 2: 2:00pm

10:00pm Overview We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Machine Operator to join a busy, fast-paced production environment in Banbury. This is a temporary, full-time opportunity offering consistent hours and the chance to build valuable experience within a well-established manufacturing team. Key Responsibilities Operate machinery in accordance with training and health & safety procedures Support general production and manufacturing activities Load and unload materials efficiently and safely Perform quality checks to ensure products meet required standards Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment Assist other departments as required Requirements Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred Experience operating machinery is advantageous FLT (Forklift Truck) licence or experience is desirable Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately Reliable, punctual, and able to work rotating shifts A proactive team player with a positive attitude What We Offer Competitive hourly rate with a pay increase after training Full-time, consistent working hours Opportunity to gain hands-on experience within a reputable company Supportive and collaborative working environment Interested?
