Our client, based in Birchwood, Warrington, is looking for a Production Operative to join the team. Excellent working environment and team ethic. They are looking for someone with Production/ engineering experience. Hours of work: 38 hours per week, on a rotating shift system. Main shift times are: 06:00 – 14:00 / 14:00 – 22:00 Monday – Thursday 6:00 – 12:00 / 12:00 – 18:00 Friday Skills/ Experience required: Minimum 2 years in a manual / production role. Must be able to provide recent work references. Physically fit to be able to lift up to 20kg & stand at a machine for the shift. Willingness to learn to operate Press & Punch machines. Benefits: After a 3 month probationary period, if successful, you will be automatically enrolled in the Company Health Cash Plan at no cost to you. In addition, you will have access to the Company Private Medical Insurance Scheme, based on an employee contribution per month. The client operate a Company sponsored contributory pension scheme into which you will be auto-enrolled (subject to the conditions of the scheme). Initially the Company contribution will be 3% and the minimum employee contribution is currently 5%. Once you have successfully completed the probationary period the employer contribution will be 10% of basic salary, as long as the employee contribution remains at a minimum of 5%.
