Machine Maintenance Operative to their experienced and supportive team. This is a hands-on role working across two large machine shops, supporting both the maintenance and production teams to keep equipment running efficiently and reliably. Key Responsibilities: Carry out lubrication on a range of machinery
Perform full oil changes across equipment
Conduct oil analysis and report on any changes or trends
Monitor and interpret lubrication results
Top up oil levels and ensure correct lubricant usage
Ideal Candidate: 3–5 years' experience in lubrication engineering or a similar maintenance-based role
Strong understanding of lubrication principles, lubricants, and lubrication systems
Familiarity with lubrication management software and condition monitoring tools
Excellent attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills
Confident communicator with the ability to work independently and in a team
