Role Overview
This role leads the sales function for a real estate developer, driving revenue growth across local and international markets. The position is responsible for shaping the sales strategy, overseeing sales operations for all projects, strengthening market presence, and ensuring a high-performing team capable of delivering ambitious sales targets.
Key Accountabilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with overall business objectives.
- Communicate sales targets, provide training and guidance, and ensure the team is motivated to achieve results.
- Oversee and refine sales operations across all projects and channels to meet agreed targets.
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities that can be converted into revenue-generating initiatives.
- Monitor the full sales cycle—from initial contact to deal closure—to ensure a consistent, high-quality customer experience.
- Build and maintain strong regional and international networks to enhance brand visibility and gather market and competitor intelligence.
- Track sales performance against forecasts; analyze trends, adjust strategies where required, and report insights to senior leadership.
- Promote projects through direct sales channels (e.g., exhibitions, roadshows, networking events, institutional engagements) and represent the company at key promotional events.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure high performance within the sales team.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience.
- Educated with a bachelor's or master's degree from a university of repute.
- Real estate experience is not required; candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience and strong negotiation skills.
- Well versed in developing effective sales & marketing strategies.
- Proven record of achieving sales targets and leading a team.
