Job Title: Luxury Residential Showroom Co-ordinator Location: Tyseley Hours: Monday to Thursday 8.30 to 5 and Friday 8.30 to 4.30 Description: Our client based near Tyseley is currently seeking a Luxury Residential Showroom Co-ordinator

to join their busy team. As a Luxury Residential Showroom Co-ordinator will be primarily based in the Sales Office, you will also work in the Luxury Residential Showroom when clients visit or have scheduled appointments, acting as the first point of contact. The role requires exceptional presentation, hospitality and communication skills, along with a keen eye for detail and the ability to deliver a premium showroom experience. Key Duties: Welcome clients in the Luxury Residential Showroom, ensuring a professional and engaging experience Provide product guidance, inspiration and support during client visits Maintain immaculate showroom presentation, ensuring displays, samples and literature are always up to date Manage showroom appointments and walk-ins, ensuring visitors are supported promptly Prepare sample boards, literature packs and presentation materials for client meetings Support Sales Managers during client consultations and project discussions Liaise with customers and suppliers via telephone and email Process customer sample requests, including web requests Liaise with Marketing and Sample Wallets for project-specific literature as directed Order samples from suppliers, track progress and coordinate with the Samples Department Produce accurate sales quotations and place orders with manufacturers and suppliers Obtain third-party quotations Request PTV/SRV/NCS tests through Filemaker and distribute results as required Provide product-specific data sheets Arrange cost-effective international and UK transportation of orders Organise express and container deliveries to site when required Provide customers with regular updates on enquiry and order status Prepare Sales Order documentation for despatch Maintain accurate project information and forecasts in SAP Monitor all live sales orders for pro-forma and account customers Liaise with Credit Control regarding new accounts, limits and on-hold orders Assist in resolving onsite issues by liaising with suppliers, hauliers and technical teams Process sales returns in agreement with the Managing Director and notify the Birmingham Showroom Manager of returned stock Offer add-on products to increase sales Provide administrative cover as an when required Undertake additional tasks as delegated by Line Manager Key Skills/Experience Required: Previous experience within a similar role Previous showroom, retail, or client-facing experience preferred Strong visual awareness and a keen eye for detail Confident, polished and professional communication style Ability to create a welcoming and inspiring environment for clients Strong administrative and organisational skills Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities High level of personal presentation and professionalism Strong work ethic, integrity and accountability Good working knowledge of Microsoft applications For more information, please send your CV in or apply online for this role.
