About the Role
We are actively recruiting experienced and compassionate Occupational Therapists and Speech and Language Therapists on a flexible contract basis to support a growing and diverse client caseload.
This is an excellent opportunity for clinicians seeking flexible working arrangements within a supportive, forward-thinking clinic model that work with children and young people presenting with a range of needs, including developmental delays, communication difficulties, neurodivergence, learning disabilities, and complex needs.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality, evidence-based, person-centred assessment and intervention
Manage and prioritise a clinical caseload independently
Develop clear, functional therapy goals in collaboration with clients and families
Produce high-standard clinical reports and documentation
Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
Contribute to therapy planning, reviews, and outcome measurement
Engage in regular supervision and CPD opportunities
Provide support and guidance to families, carers, and education or care staff where appropriate
What Were Looking For
Qualified and registered Occupational Therapist or Speech and Language Therapist
Experience working with children and/or adults with additional needs
Strong commitment to compassionate, person-centred practice
Excellent communication and report-writing skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
A proactive, flexible approach to service delivery
