Duration: Initial 6 months with potential extension thereafter Working Pattern: Part time – 2.5 days per week Onsite Requirement: Hybrid working with ideally one day per week in the office in the Midlands Rate: up to £60 per hour Umbrella Start: Beginning of April

Key Responsibilities

Manage a varied caseload of general commercial property matters on behalf of the Council Draft and advise on leases, licences and easements across the Council’s property portfolio Provide legal support to the estates and property teams in relation to ongoing transactions Offer general commercial property advice relating to local authority land and property matters
